Third Forum “Innovation Reshaping Montenegro” will take place on 5th and 6th December 2019, in Podgorica, Montenegro.
The aim of this forum is to raise awareness among youth on the importance of innovation, as well as to encourage youth-led innovation by increasing the visibility of the outstanding projects and ideas of Chevening alumni in different areas of social, cultural and intellectual life.
It will provide the latest insights into innovation in three areas in particular: (I) Education, Governance and Development, (II) Human Rights and (III) Technology. These areas are crucial for the sustainable future of Montenegro and its European Integration process.
The forum is envisioned as a two-day event in Podgorica, which is to include an opening panel discussion, followed by inspiring presentations and networking opportunities.
Also, within the forum will be held a workshop “The power of transformative innovation: building a sustainable Montenegro”. The workshop will be held on December 6th by Manuel Menesis Namihira, Chevening Alumnus from Mexico and co-founder of CIRKLO, the leading social innovation consultancy in Latin America. The workshop is limited to 30 places. If you are interested in attending the workshop, please complete the online application form: https://forms.gle/bEjY7oiyCrtfpBA2A.
The forum is part of the project “Chevening innovations for Montenegrin Youth Empowerment“, implemented by MAUK and financed by the British Embassy Podgorica under the Chevening Alumni Programme Fund (CAPF).
